Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in Telegram: open the bot with the button on this page and press Start. You can place a request in the chat or in the mini app inside the bot.
How much does a call-out cost?
The bot shows the call-out price before you send the request; it depends on urgency. The handyman quotes the repair itself on site, after inspection.
How soon will a handyman come?
It depends on the urgency you choose and on which handymen are free. As soon as one takes the request, the bot tells you — and again when they set off.
My job isn't on the list — what should I do?
Pick the closest category and describe the job in the request comment, with a photo. If finding a handyman takes longer, the bot will let you know.
Which areas do you cover?
